Answer :     Yes, it is included in the package, you can download it here too, please read the instructions carefully before start mounting.

Question:    Where this hanger can be used?

Answer:       Hose hanger can be used in several area such as :

                        Garage & Garden : Water hose, Extension cords, Air compressor hose, Welding leads, Vacuum hose.

                        Water treatment, Chemical industry, Agriculture, Medical etc.

Question:    What are needed tools

Answer:       Drill, O size Drill bit (Ø.316 in), Phillips Screwdriver, Pencil, Rubber mallets, Personal safety equipment.

Question:    Will this secure to vinyl siding?

Answer:        If It's well built with proper fasteners it should not be a problem.

Question:    Will this stand fit a 100 foot hose?

Answer:        It depends on the hose diameter, please use simulator to confirm.

Question:      Will this stand fit a 120 ft .75" hose?

Answer:       It depends on how high you mounted off the ground. Mount it chest-high and use Loops to the ground it should be big enough. I have a hundred foot 3/4 inch hose on it now.

Question:   Where do is this made? made in usa?

Question:  Will this rust?

Answer:  With stainless steel material, 304 Grad, it is rust-proof.

Question:  Can I mount into brick wall?

Answer:  Yes. I mounted mine to a brick wall. I used these fasteners because I already had them for another project, but you should be able to use the mounting screws that come with it.

Question:  Did this come with screws?

Answer:  Yes screws and anchors

Question:  Does anyone have a recommendation for a concrete anchor/screw to mount this outside?

Answer:  Screws and anchors are included

Question:  So many different measurements stated here, i want to know the screw size for a vinyl/wood siding!

Answer:  These worked perfect for  wood siding, just use included screws

Question:  its listed as white in color - is that correct?

Answer:  This is pure stainless steel color,

Question:  can this be mounted to a post

Answer:  Yes it can be mounted to a post. Be sure the post is well supported and can handle the weight of the hose that you use.

Question:  Does it come with the proper hardware to hold it firmly?

Answer:  Yes no worries, screws are heavy duty stainless steel material

Question:  Hello what type of scews and size do i need to mount this to my concrete exterior of the house?

Answer:  For concrete wall you need to use included anchors and screws.

Question:  How long a hose is it designed to hold?

Answer:  Depends on hose diameter, check analysis tool to get a recommendation

Question:  I have vinyl siding and heavy duty vinyl siding hooks. Would this method work just as well without having to put holes in my siding?

Answer:  Better drill a hole before screwing, will need tremendous effort to screw on

Question:  What is the distance between the holes from top of hole to top of hole, as I want to see if it will easily replace one I have?

Answer:  No bends, our hose holder is solid like a rock.

Question:  I am planning to mount this unit to a base concrete wall with a lag bolt. what is the largest size bolt diameter i can use to mount this item?

Answer:  Maximum bolt diameter you can use is 0.35 inch

Question:  Any options on hanging commercial 1 inch hose? 100 foot long.

Answer:  No, but you can use double hose holder

Question:  How long a hose is it designed to hold?

Question:  Can this be mounted on a stucco wall?

Answer:  It depends on what is under the stucco. If it is a cider block wall yes. If it is something less sturdy, such as plywood, I would think not. If it is a solid wood surface under the stucco, yes, should be no problem.

Answer:  Please use included screws

Answer:  Yes no doubt

Question:  what size masonry bit ? It says .316 , what’s that in inches ?

Answer:  yes to hold this hose hook you need to use 0.316 inch bit

Question:  what length hose will this hold?

Answer:

150' of 1/2" diameter hose

125' of 5/8" diameter hose

100' of 3/4" diameter hose

Question:  Can it be attached to a brick house?

Answer:  Yes, just use included screws & anchors

Question:  Can I mount it to a 4x4 on my dock?

Answer:  Yes sure, hose holder withstands harsh environment, designed for that

Question:  Could this be used to hold 40' of 1.5" pool vacuum hose?

Answer:  Yes sure, please check simulation tool

Question:  can the provided ss screws be used if mounting to brick? Or will i have to buy different ones?

Answer:  The best solution is to drill the holes (according to instruction manual) for inserts that will use the SS screws that come with the hanger.

Question:  If it did not come with screws, what size screws should have been included?

Answer:  If you receive hanger with no screws, just reach out to us, we will fix it.

Question:  What size drill bit do I need to use?

Answer:  I used a 0.318" masonry drill bit with a plastic insert anchor. Mounted two of these and they are holding up well thus far.

Question:  I received this item with no hardware. Is that normal?

Answer:  Reach out to us, we will fix it.

Question:  Can this be hung on sheetrock?

Answer:  A heavy hose may too much for sheetrock.

Question:  I need to replace lost screws. What size do I need?

Answer:  1.33" long stainless steel screws, 0.236” Diameter

Question:  What hardware do I need to mount it on wood shingles, screw diameter and length?

Answer:  Just use included hardware, please check instruction manual.

Question:  what grade of stainless steel is this?

Answer:  This is stainless steel material with 304 grade

Question:  Doesn't come with instructions on which drill bit to use for the anchors?

Answer:  Download instruction manual here.

Question:  Is it made with tubing or solid bar?

Answer:  It is solid bar, that make it solid.

Question:  what gauge is the steel on this product?

Answer:  For rode diameter is 8 mm (0.315 inch), plate thickness is gauge 10 (2.53 mm)

Question:  Can I mount this against concrete or will I need to mount it on wood?

Answer:  If you use the included screws/nails and prepare properly, we don't see why you would not be able to mount on concrete. Of course.

Question:  Where do you usually install it? does this mount to hang on brick wall?

Answer:  Any where you want to hang the hose yes you can mount on brick wall with anchors

Question:  Will this hose rack be rusted when used outdoors?

Answer:  No, you can use it any where you want

Question:  Just received my JBscoop hose holder w/ss screws & plastic push in wall anchors. can someone advise what size hole to drill?

Answer:  In case of wooden wall, drill 0.196 Inch hole diameter before screwing on.

For concrete wall, use a drill bit Ø.316 inch hole, then place anchors before screwing on

Question:  Can it mounted on hardy board

Answer:  Everything, including the mounting screws, is stainless steel. I'm sure it could be mounted with a concrete drill.

Question:  Would this work for a 4 x 4 post?

Answer:  If you mean can the hanger be attached to the post, I think it can. A 4"X4" post should be wide enough.

Question:  Our house has cedar shake siding, would we be able to mount this to that?

Answer:  Yes, The kit comes with anchors that are long enough to screw through the cedar shake. I would make sure to secure the hose rack to the top part of the individual cedar shake piece.
