Standard 24-Month Warranty
All JBscoop products come with a 24-month limited warranty from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is later. This warranty covers defects in parts and materials but does not extend to accidental damage, wear and tear, or products acquired second-hand.
- One Free Repair or Replacement: Within the 24-month period, JBscoop will provide one free replacement or refund for items with quality-related defects, provided original proof of purchase is presented and warranty conditions are met.
- Non-Transferable: Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Replacement Warranty Period: All replacements maintain the same 24-month warranty time frame from the original purchase date. Refunds void the warranty.
Process:
- Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- JBscoop must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product.
- Visible proof depicting the defect, such as pictures or videos, is required.
- It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
- For defective items that JBscoop needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to JBscoop or if the defective item is not returned.
Valid proof of purchase:
- Order number from online purchases made through JBscoop website.
- Sales invoice that shows a description of the product along with its price.
Not Covered Under Warranty:
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers.
- Alterations not carried out or authorized by JBscoop.
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
- Second-hand products.
- Items that have expired their warranty period.
- Sold by Amazon.com Service L.L.C.
- Sold by Amazon.com Service. Inc.
- Damage from misuse of products, including, but not limited to, improper storage, falls, extreme temperatures, water, and improper operation of devices.
Unless otherwise noted, JBscoop will cover warranty for valid orders without cost, including parts and labor charges, or at JBscoop’ option, will replace such tools or refund the purchase price, less the amount for depreciation, in exchange for the defective tool.
